The South Natomas TMA has a cooperative agreement with
Regional Transit to provide subsidized
photo identification Regional Transit passes to all member employees.
The subsidized RT pass is valid on Regional Transit light rail
and buses for both commute and non-commute trips. YoloBus, Placer
Commuter Express, E-tran (Elk Grove Transit), Fairfield Suisun
Transit, Placer County Transit and Unitrans (City of Davis/UCDavis
transit system) also accept this pass.

The South
Natomas TMA offers up to 10 monthly subsidies of $28 each, or
the full fare, whichever is lower, to member employees for reimbursement
of an Amtrak Capitol Corridor monthly pass or multi-ride ticket.

This program provides employees who rideshare two or more
days per week and experience a mid-day emergency, or who have to work
unexpected overtime, with a free emergency ride home using a taxi or rental car
service up to 6 times per year.
Emergency Ride Home vouchers are accessed through the Commuter
Club.

Bicycle
commuters and enthusiasts employed by South Natomas TMA members are encouraged to register for the Bike Users
Group (BUG). Registration is free. South Natomas TMA sponsors
a Bike to Work Day breakfast and activities, and bike subsidies,
when available. If you would like to be in a BUG select Bike
User Group and “yes” in
the Commuter
Club.

The South Natomas TMA Commuter
Club is a regional ride sharing database.
In the Commuter Club you can find a bike buddy, carpool or vanpool
to share your commute with.

TMA staff advocates for improved
transportation services in the South Natomas area through local agency public
hearings, advisory committees and working groups. California has entered a
deregulated era allowing businesses to creatively and voluntarily address
transportation, congestion and parking issues.

The TMA Times is emailed to all Commuter Club members.
