Dues Increase Coffee Hour

At its July 2016 meeting, the SNTMA Board of Directors approved the first dues increase in nine years for both tenant and developer members, going into effect with its 2017 billing cycle. Tenant dues will increase to .15 per RSF, with the minimum dues rate for those with RSF of 3,500 or less increasing to $450 at a flat rate. Developer dues will increase to .14 per RSF. This will allow the SNTMA to continue to offer benefits and services unlike any other TMA in the region for years to come.

To further address any questions or concerns you may have, we will be holding an informational meeting to discuss the 2017 rate increases and its benefits to SNTMA membership on Wednesday, November 9th from 8:30-9:30 am in the First Floor Conference Room of 2150 River Plaza Drive.
